Adam from Genesis Electric came to my office for light fixture repair. We toured the building, he listened to what my needs were. He wasn’t in a rush and took his time. Then proceeded to take the time needed to write out a couple quotes for me. He’ll definitely be in my contacts for any other lighting issues that I have come up

Rhiley gave us different options and suggestions on services required. They completed all of the work same day rather quickly. All of the work was done for a pretty reasonable price too. Maybe a little more than others but the professionalism was worth it!

Two special shout outs are more than well deserved for the people I had the pleasure of interacting with from Genesis 1:3. First, Jill who works to schedule customers. She patiently listened to my story - which I will say was irrelevant and unnecessary to tell her but I was emotional about why I even needed to schedule service. As I navigated the ordering and shipping of an EV charger balanced with work and other commitments, I changed my appointment three times. She never got annoyed, gave me helpful advice, and most importantly displayed authentic empathy and compassion.

Tyler Yurack came to do the work at my house yesterday. He too was incredibly kind and professional, took the time to explain everything to me and gave me options for the work. He was here for a little over 9 hours! He checked in with me periodically to update me on the work while also respecting that I was working from home. Part of the job required shutting down all of the power to the house, and he accommodated my meeting schedule. While here, he also fixed a bad switch and inspected the whole house. As a woman, I am proud to say that I am pretty handy and can fix lots of stuff in my house, but electric is the one thing that I am terrified of. I will be requesting Tyler for all of my electricity involved projects!

This company is pricey but my house was spotless, charger placement was perfect, and I was completely comfortable being alone in the house while this work was being done. Thank you Jill, Tyler and Genesis 1:3 ownership.

Adam and Sean did a great job with the electric vehicle charger installation. They were on time for the appointment, called to let me know they were on their way. Showed up looking professionally dress and introduced themselves with a smile. They wore shoes covering to protect the floors of my home. They explained multiple options on how the work could be completed and shared the pricing before starting the work in the garage. The installation was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up the drywall dust after completion. Awesome job and I’ll call them again on my next electrical needs.

We always use Genesis for all of our electric needs. Adam has been coming to our house for years for anything we need. Our house was built in the 90’s so it’s not up to date on anything we need for current lifestyles. We had a bunch of stuff done to update it this week, along with some cosmetic fun things as well, so he brought Sean along to help him this time. They did an amazing job. So helpful, friendly and extremely thorough with giving me options and explanations of everything they’re doing and why. Booking with Jill is also so easy!! She responds quickly and makes sure to accommodate your busy schedule! Would definitely recommend them!
